I have added the history, as complete as it is, so far and started to add documentation, scans of records, files downloaded from various genealogical resource sites and photographs.

I have also added a family tree from FamilyEcho and started to make some use of the Joaktree component, built by fellow Amsterdam resident, fellow Jew and fellow Joomla enthusiast, Niels van Dantzig.

    These are the records at JewishGen.org of the persons with the surname Zylbernadel (or variant spellings) in the Lublin region of Russian Poland, ranging in date from 1827 to 1902. Up to the early 1830s all records are in Belzyce. The earliest record is the birth of Golda Zylbernadel, in 1827. The first record of a Zylbernadel, outside Belyce shtetl, is when Ichek Szmul Abramovitch Zylbernadel married Perla Laia Ledersznayder, in 1833, in the shtetl of Kazimierz Dolny.

    The Belzyce Townhall Archives recently turned over a large set of 19th century Jewish registers to the Lublin branch of the Polish State Archives....

    The additional registers include births, marriages and deaths for the years 1882-1886 and 1891-1902. These will be added to the 1865 registers which were already housed in Lublin but not filmed by the Mormons. Earlier years which were filmed by the Mormons are already on-line at: www.jri-poland.org
